How to purchase our patterns:

Our patterns are available for purchase via Etsy.com and Craftsy.com, we are excited to be able to offer immediate digital downloads very soon!

Purchased a Pattern via Etsy.com and haven’t received your email?

We will email your pattern order through as soon as we receive your order, usually within 30 mins, please do be aware though that as we are based on the Gold Coast of Australia our time zones may be different! Your order may have come through the night, but rest assured that emailing your order is of the highest priority!

Email address – Please make sure that your email address on your etsy account is current and that your inbox isn’t full, as this is the email address that we will use to communicate with you. 

Spam – Very occasionally our lovely pattern orders get marked as spam. If you haven’t received your pattern order, please check your email address on your etsy account and also have a little nosy in your spam folder and if there still no hello from us, please do email us with your Invoice/receipt number to patternrunway[@]gmail]dot]com or contact us via etsy and we will be sure to re-send your order. 

Downloading and Opening your Files:

Our Digital patterns are standard PDF files, able to be viewed in Adobe Reader, (free PDF viewer) Adobe Acrobat or Preview on a Mac. Upon purchasing a pattern you will receive a .zip file that contains two files: pattern instructions and your pattern. Make sure you download the file and save it somewhere easily accessible. (Please don’t try to open the files straight from your email or in google docs as it won’t view or print accurately). For example create a file called ‘Patterns’ in your ‘My Documents’ to store all your digital patterns.

After downloading and saving to your nominated file, navigate your way to your saved files and open with either Adobe Reader (Don’t have reader? Get it for free here), Adobe Acrobat or Preview.

We have found Adobe Reader to give consistent printing results across both Mac and PC’s, and recommend it. 

Printing & Assembly:

You’ll want to make sure your printer is stocked up with plenty of paper! Print the file. When printing downloadable patterns, please check your print settings to ensure you’re printing the pages at 100%, not scaled. Printers will often slightly reduce the size to better fit the page, but patterns must be printed at the actual size in the PDF document. When printed out at the correct size the layout grid should measure 2.5cm or 1” square. 

Our Patterns are able to be printed on both A4 and US letter sized paper. 

Trim the pattern sheets to the outline of the grey area, matching up the circle markers and grid, tape the sheets together and cut out the pattern pieces in your size. Check out our 'How to'.

Storing Patterns:

Fold your pattern pieces and store behind your printed instructions in a plastic sheet protector/pocket in a lever arch file/ring binder.

Returns:

As our products are digital and cannot be returned. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges will be given. It is a condition of purchase that you do not share, sell or copy this digital product. Please respect that.
